Curious if Shape is in-network with your insurance? Give us a call! We qualify as an out-of-network provider for most insurance plans that provide mental health benefits. We will do our best to provide information about your out-of-network benefits. It is important to contact your insurance company PRIOR to beginning therapy to determine what behavioral health benefits you have through your plan.

If you do not have any of the above insurance policies, please see our standard fees below. Shape Mental Health & Wellness’ mission is to serve the community broadly, not just those with the most means to pay. Therefore it may be possible to set a lower fee depending on your circumstances & the availability of lower fee time slots.
Psychotherapy Session:
45 minutes: $125
60 minutes: $165
Initial Consultation:
15 minutes: No Charge
Group Therapy:
50 minutes: $100
Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation:
50 minutes: $100
ESA (Emotional Support Animal) Letter:
